Return Policy

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Since we are a pre-order boutique, your commitment to an item is finalized once you submit payment. We reserve the right to cancel/refund orders if we deem it necessary. 

*Please note: Our 6-12 week turnaround time is an estimated time frame. We do not guarantee outfits for particular events/holidays. We strive to send out orders as soon as possible, but this is subject to our vendor sending them to us. Please order for your event early to receive your items on time.

In the case you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, you will need to notify Lana Grace within three days after delivery confirmation. We will then discuss how to proceed.
